Si lo deseas, puedes quedarte en tu habitación hasta las 12:00h del día de salida, pero recuerda que si sales más tarde deberás abonar un día adicional.
Según establece la Ley 42/2010, de 30 de diciembre, se prohíbe fumar en el Hotel, excepto en los espacios al aire libre donde no se indique lo contrario. Tampoco está permitido el uso de incienso o cualquier otro artículo que desprenda fuertes olores. Por razones de seguridad no es posible el uso de velas. No se permite el abandono de envases de sustancias tóxicas en las instalaciones del Hotel. Los huéspedes que no respeten esta política deberán asumir un cargo adicional de 200 € por higienización de la habitación.
El Hotel está dotado de cámaras de seguridad en zonas comunes en beneficio de la seguridad de todos, y autorizo a que graben permanentemente.
El Hotel no se responsabiliza de los objetos de valor no depositados en la caja fuerte. Con respecto a la caja fuerte, hay un seguro estipulado con una compañía aseguradora. Para más información, contacta con recepción.
El Hotel se reserva el derecho de admisión. Las personas que perturben la pacífica convivencia y las normas establecidas por el Hotel podrán ser expulsadas del establecimiento, sin perjuicio de responder éstas por daños y perjuicios. El huésped se responsabiliza de que sus acompañantes cumplan las normas del Hotel y las indicaciones del personal del establecimiento, que las aceptan por el hecho de estar alojados en el Hotel o usar sus instalaciones.
Autorizo a que el Hotel conserve una copia de mi documento de identificación.
El Hotel podrá requerir en cualquier momento que procedas al pago de los servicios prestados o que se vayan a prestar en sus instalaciones.
Autorizo al Hotel, aún después de mi salida, a facturar con cargo a la tarjeta de crédito indicada, los servicios, dotaciones o artículos que haya consumido o retirado del Hotel durante mi estancia, así como cualquier desperfecto que haya producido durante mi estancia.
Identificaré a mis acompañantes si soy requerido para ello.
Mis acompañantes y yo cumpliremos las normas y horarios establecidos por el Hotel para el uso de la piscina, así como las indicaciones del personal del establecimiento.
El Hotel repercutirá cualquier tributo local, autonómico o estatal, creado o que puedan crearse de acuerdo con la normativa vigente en cada momento. El IVA se devengará al tipo legalmente vigente encada momento.
Estoy de acuerdo y me comprometo a cumplir las normas o indicaciones aquí establecidas, que las acepto por el mero hecho de permanecer o utilizar cualquier servicio del Hotel.

Política de Protección de Datos

Autorizo al Hotel a introducir mis datos personales y los de mis acompañantes en un fichero automatizado, cuyo titular es SB HOTELS SPAIN, S.L., con domicilio en L’Hospitalet de Llobregat (Barcelona), C.P. 08908, Plaza Europa, n° 9-11, planta 24, en virtud de lo que dispone la Ley Orgánica 3/2018, de 5 de diciembre, de Protección de Datos de carácter personal (LOPD), y el Reglamento (UE) 2016/679 del Parlamento Europeo y del Consejo de 27 de abril de 2016 (RGPD). La información solicitada es obligatoria para prestar el servicio solicitado. If you wish, you can stay in your room until 12 pm on the day of departure, but remember that if you leave any later you will have to pay an additional day.
According to Law 42/2010, of December 30, smoking is prohibited in the Hotel, except on the facilities located outdoors where there is no indication on the contrary. The use of incense or any other item that gives off strong odours is also not allowed. For safety reasons the use of candles is not permitted. The disposal of toxic substance containers is not permitted. Guests who do not respect this policy will have to assume an additional charge of 200 € for cleaning the room.
The Hotel is equipped with security cameras in the common areas for the benefit of everyone’s safety, and I authorise them to record permanently.
The Hotel is not responsible for valuables that are not deposited in the safe. With regard to the safe, there is a stipulated insurance with an insurance company. For more information contact reception.
The Hotel reserves the right of admission. People who disturb the peaceful coexistence and the rules established by the Hotel may be expelled from the establishment, without prejudice to responding to them for damages. The guest is responsible for ensuring that his companions comply with the Hotel’s rules and the indications of the establishment’s staff, who accept them due to the fact that they are staying at the Hotel or using its facilities
I authorise the Hotel to keep a copy of my ID.
The Hotel may require that you proceed to pay for the services provided or that will be provided at its facilities at any time.
I authorise the Hotel, even after my departure, to invoice and charge to the credit card provided, services, amenities, and items that I have consumed or withdrawn from the Hotel during my stay, as well as any damage that may have occurred during my stay.
I will identify my companions if I am required to do so.
My companions and I will comply with the rules and schedules established by the Hotel for the use of the pool, as well as the indications of the Hotel staff.
The Hotel will pass on any local, regional or state tribute, created or that may be created in accordance with the regulations in force at the time. VAT will accrue at the rate legally in force at the time.
I agree and commit to respect the rules or indications established here, which I accept for the simple fact of staying or using any hotel service.
